- Canadian website - sellers may not be willing to sell to the US and shipping costs to the US can be high. You will also need to transfer money to the seller using PayPal or a direct bank transfer. Most Canadians prefer using the Canadian eTransfer system and may not be willing to sell to you without it, so Americans may need to transfer money to a Canadian friend and have that friend eTransfer to the seller.

- Ukrainian website - sellers may not be willing to see to you and shipping costs to the US or Canada will be very high. You will also need to transfer money to the seller using something like Western Union or PaySend, and it is unlikely you will be able to get your money back if they send you a faulty product or don't send you anything at all. You will probably need some Ukrainian and/or Russian language skills to navigate this process.

- Keep the bandura in tune. Otherwise it will take a long time to hold tune again (~2 weeks)
- Use paintbrushes and cotton swabs to clean dust between strings
- Use ripped t-shirt to clean strings after each use

- Non-slip netting (drawer/cabinet liners) to hold the bandura in your lap (e.g. amazon)
