1st Galician SS Division Song
This song is about the 1st Galician division of the Waffen SS. While this division was found innocent of war crimes, it was nevertheless a Nazi division and we should not be singing its praises. We can honor veterans of this division more generally as veterans of the fight for an independent Ukraine without specifically honoring a Nazi division.
